What is Pragmatics?
Pragmatics is the use of non-verbal communication such as eye contact, voice inflection/volume, and hand movements/gestures etc. It is an important part of what makes someone an effective public speaker. Moreover, pragmatics contributes to the cultivation of “soft skills”, which facilitates meaningful interactions and more effective collaborations. From the classroom to the board room, we can improve and enhance your communication skills. Our techniques will allow you to become a more confident public speaker and more impactful communicator. We know it’s not what you say, but how you say it. Let’s say what we mean and mean what we say!

That is what you must ask yourself. Nonverbal communication is highly important and severely underrated. Communication breaks down often because of nonverbal cues. Most of the population recites only the "words" that are said when there is a conflict; yet nonverbal messages carry most of the meaning in these interactions. With the Pragmatics Lady learn to look at the true meaning of communication and place more emphasis on nonverbal messages. You will become a true professional communicator! Get your needs and wants met through the communication process. Unlock the secret of communication! This allows for less misunderstandings and conflicts. Why communicate if you are not going to be perceived and received in the manner that you intended?
